A Mobile application marketplace that brings media talent and artists closer to the production house.

With over SAR3.3bn ($879.8m) budgeted for culture and media industry by the year 2020, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s government is looking to attract host of private sector investment in the development of the creative and entertainment industry. Various government departments are working hard to encourage international investment, talent and media sector expertise in the Kingdom, and they aim to help develop local entertainment businesses and expand their influence across borders.2018 has by far been the great example to look at this vision and initiatives taken by the Ministry of Culture and Information (MoCI) opening commercial cinemas in the Kingdom for the first time in 35 years in March 2018.
Government Approved Cinemas

The government has approved over 300 licensed cinemas to open by 2030, creating more than 30,000 permanent jobs and more than 130,000 temporary jobs. The Public Investment Fund of the Kingdom also announced that it would invest in a new 334-sq-km entertainment city to be built near Riyadh, that will include a Six Flags theme park, a safari experience and sports facilities. This development will begin in 2022, and in so doing meet some of the objectives outlined in the country’s Vision 2030 development plan We at BeSeen take this a leap forward to introduce an advanced technological development platform that will bridge the gap and take advantage of this newly created potential and solving the problems arising in accordance of the vision 2030

The Idea​
We will register talented people in media from all over the Arab societies, including actors, singers, musicians, voice over artists, photography hobbyists, production technicians, graphic designers, editors or screenwriters, all of whom will have the opportunity to display their talent, on an open platform that will guarantee their right of personal information and provide a right match for them. For example: “You register your talent and a simple profile is created by you, and the amount you charge – depending on the location and time – then your public information is available to the production companies and individuals who want to hire you, and vice versa will be available to producers wishing to offer their services. This is our first goal.
